Product details
The Silent Knight PS-DA is a conventional, non-coded dual-action manual pull station with screw terminals and a key-lock reset.
The user has to push the handle in and then pull it down, a deliberate two-step action often specified for schools, dormitories and public corridors to reduce accidental and malicious alarms. After operation the handle stays visibly latched down until reset with the key.
Key features
- Dual-action push-and-pull operation
- Handle latches down visibly after activation
- Key-lock reset
- Screw terminal connections
- Meets the ADA 5 lb pull force
Ordering note
This is a conventional dry-contact station, not an addressable one; on an addressable SLC it requires a monitor module. Check the suffix: PS-DAH has a hex-key reset, PS-SA is single action with pigtails, and only the PS-DALOB is listed for outdoor use.
