STI-9605 Safety Technology Steel Web Stopper

The STI STI-9605 is a white, surface-mount Steel Web Stopper wire guard for mini smoke detectors. Built from coated 9-gauge steel in a patented octagonal web, it is recommended where detector abuse is severe, works in standard and sanitary environments, and removes easily for maintenance.

Key features

• Patented (D368,670) web-like octagon of 9-gauge steel wire that is very difficult to break
• Corrosion-resistant polyester coating
• UL listed (S3504) for any UL listed detector without sensitivity adjustment (see spec sheet)
• UL listed, MEA approved; mounting clamps and hardware included
• Surface mount, for mini smoke detectors

Compatibility

The STI-9713 UL listing (S3504) applies with the detectors named on the spec sheet.
