The System Sensor WFD25N is a 2.5" vane-type waterflow detector from the WFDN Series. WFDN Series waterflow detectors use a tough NEMA 4-rated enclosure that resists damage better than earlier metal designs, and they are rated for indoor and outdoor use from 32°F to 150°F.
A mechanical time delay helps prevent false alarms from pressure surges or air trapped in the sprinkler system. The large timer dial has high-contrast markings, a larger tab at roughly 60 seconds and a notch at roughly 30 seconds, which makes it easier to set in poorly lit areas.
