The VESDA VSP-000 is a front-panel blank plate with the VESDA logo for VLP and VLS aspirating smoke detectors. The front panel of these detectors has three module positions for a display module, an LCD programmer module or the Fire and OK LED module, and any unused position is covered with a blank plate; these are the zeros in ordering codes such as VLP-002 or VLS-204.
Modules are normally fitted at the factory but can be added later, so a blank plate closes the opening when a display or programmer is moved or removed.
