Product details

The VESDA VSP-004 is the display module spare for the VESDA VLS LaserSCANNER aspirating detector. It can be mounted on the detector front cover, in a remote box or in a 19" sub rack. It shows a 20-step smoke bar graph, Alert, Action, Fire 1 and Fire 2 LEDs, and fault LEDs for Urgent, System, Zone, Power, Network, Airflow and Filter.

The numeric display is specific to the scanner: in addition to sensitivity, smoke level and zone number, it reports the First Alarm Sector as P plus the pipe number.

Key features

  • Four keys: Mode/Test, Silence/Scan, Reset and Isolate
  • Holding Silence/Scan for two seconds starts a scan test
  • Up to 20 display modules per detector, each showing one detector at a time

Ordering note

Not interchangeable with the VSP-002 (the VLP display module) or the VSP-000 blank plate that fills the same opening. Xtralis has issued an end-of-life notice for the VLS range, naming the VESDA-E VES as its replacement, so confirm the detector generation and support window before ordering.
